Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Mappliance, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mappliance SRL/BV (in formation), registered in Belgium.
Description of service
Mappliance is an AI-powered EU regulatory mapping tool that helps companies identify which EU supply chain and ESG regulations may apply to their business profile. The service provides indicative regulatory exposure analyses and, for premium users, more detailed compliance guidance. Mappliance does not provide legal advice.

Mappliance makes no warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any regulatory analysis.
User accounts
To access premium features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at contact@mappliance.org.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service; use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service; misrepresent your identity or company profile; use the service to generate outputs for redistribution or resale without our written consent.
Intellectual property
All content, features, and functionality of Mappliance — including but not limited to text, graphics, regulatory frameworks, prompt architectures, and software — are owned by Mappliance and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
Subscription and payment
Premium access is available on a monthly subscription basis at €99 per user per month (early access pricing). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused portions of prepaid subscription periods.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mappliance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Your continued use of the service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
